Additional services which could be added include yacht charters, a sailing school, spanish school and a scuba diving school.
La Marina was built in 1994 by the current owners and has no outstanding debts or liens with any financial institutions or individuals in Guatemala. There are no liens or mortgages on any of the assets described here. All accounts are current and paid up to date.
